When Jacob applied for homeownership, Jacob was employed full time as a custodian at the Parkview Elementary School in Easton and wanted to live in a community like the one he saw day in and day out. He had always been “a renter, but Jacob was no different than most parents and wanted what is best for his son, then four years old. He dreamt of having a yard where they could play and explore together.
