At South Shore Habitat we are dedicated to providing affordable homeownership opportunities for families and individuals south and southwest of Boston.

Homeownership Qualifications

Home Opportunity:

810 Jerusalem Rd, Cohasset

Home Opportunity: 810 Jerusalem Road, Cohasset, MA will offer 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and approximately 1,200 sq ft of living area with access to town sewer and water. This is one of two units that will be part of the Jerusalem Road Condominium Trust. This duplex style townhome will be sold for $260,000 and will be ready for occupancy after June 2025. Qualified households with income at or below 80% of the Area Median Income can submit an application by 4PM on May 19, 2025.  An info session will be held via Zoom on April 30 at 6:30 pm. Applications and information at the links below, and in print at SSHH offices (77 Accord Drive, Unit D7, Norwell), and at the Cohasset Public Library (35 Ripley Rd., Cohasset).

Critical Home Repair

South Shore Habitat’s Critical Home Repair program combines repairs and modifications for low to moderate income seniors giving them the opportunity to remain safely and securely in their homes while creating an environment where they can maintain a healthy lifestyle and live independently.
