Women Build 2017

National Women Build Week sponsored by Lowe's, challenges women to devote at least one day to the effort to eliminate poverty housing. The event is an initiative of Habitat for Humanity's Women Build program which brings women from all walks of life together to learn construction skills and then use those skills to build simple, decent affordable houses.

ride for habitat

Ride for Habitat has a route for everyone. A 50-mile loop for the more advanced cyclist, a 25-mile and a 15-mile route for recreational cyclists. The routes are beautiful, taking you along the scenic South Shore back roads with breathtaking views of the ocean. We encourage you to join us and ride your bike in support of affordable housing.

Save the Date for the 12th Annual Ride for Habitat on September 15, 2018. This annual fundraiser begins and ends at the House of Prayer Lutheran Church located at 916 Main Street, Hingham, MA 02043. We are currently changing fundraising portals and will have the registration and fundraising page up shortly. Cost is $125.00 – this includes the $25.00 registration fee and a $100.00 fundraising minimum goal. Ride your bike and help build homes on the South Shore!
