In partnership with the town of Easton and the Town of Easton’s Affordable Housing Trust, South Shore Habitat has demolished the house located at 26 Poquanticut Avenue and has poured the foundation for a safe and affordable colonial style single-family home. The home will have three bedrooms, two baths, and a walk out basement. However, the basement will be wired and plumbed to add another bedroom and full bathroom to accommodate a multi-generational family.
